Smoked White Fish Cannoli Delicately smoked white fish complemented by salmon roe, delivering a briny, savory bite. Wine Pairing: Zeni Vigne Alte Lugana Trebbiano, Italy (91 points) Notes: Bold, dry with slight acidity, showcasing peach, pear, citrus, and lemon.
